What you will do

• Conduct deep-dive studies on the LATAM market to identify trends and opportunities for new services and revenue streams.
• Act as a key contributor to our LATAM expansion strategy, helping the team make data-driven decisions on where and how to grow.
• Work at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Product, ensuring our communication and positioning are aligned with market needs.
• Leverage market feedback to help enhance our software, in close collaboration with our global development and product teams.
• Participate in international projects, strategically planning initiatives that drive hirify.global's global growth and innovation.

Requirements

• Strategic mindset to connect market data and business opportunities (entry-level experience is welcome).
• Previous experience or academic background in Economics, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced environment or a strong desire to build a career in the tech/green-tech sector.
• Motivated to drive change and passionate about renewables.
• Ability to present ideas clearly in both Portuguese and English: C1+ required (Spanish is a plus).
