Location: Hybrid in Sao Paulo, Brazil with office attendance 2-3 times per week.

What you will do

• Define backlog, prioritize activities, and own the analytical agenda of complex initiatives.
• Guide the team in research work, deciding which data makes the most sense to use in each situation.
• Influence decisions based on high complexity analysis with a high degree of uncertainty.
• Work autonomously with a great volume of information to build a solid database for decision making.
• Perform extraction, modeling, and create visualizations using data using tools (SQL, Python, and Scala).
• Prevent risks and create sound proposals with a good command of the business.

Requirements

• Experience with data analysis and elaboration of hypotheses to understand the business scenario.
• Management experience guiding analytics teams (BA and or DS and or AE).
• Understanding of risks and opportunities, in addition to the interaction between areas and products.
• Ability to structure solutions to business challenges to achieve better results.
• Ability to understand how your decisions and work impact our customers' experience.
• Ease and speed of learning, mainly for tools.
