What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements related to Calypso implementations and enhancements.
• Work closely with Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, Risk, and Operations teams to understand business processes and system needs.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and solution designs.
• Support configuration and integration activities across Calypso modules.
• Collaborate with development and technical teams to clarify requirements and validate solutions.
• Design and execute test scenarios and test cases, supporting SIT and UAT cycles.
• Assist with production support, issue analysis, and root cause investigation.

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst within financial services or capital markets environments.
• Hands-on experience working with the Calypso platform.
• Strong understanding of trading lifecycle concepts, including trade capture, confirmations, settlements, and lifecycle events.
• Experience working with system integrations and upstream/downstream platforms.
• Ability to write clear functional documentation and communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience across specific Calypso modules such as Front Office, Risk, Back Office, or Accounting.
• Knowledge of asset classes including FX, Rates, Fixed Income, Derivatives, or Commodities.
• Familiarity with SQL and basic data analysis.
• Experience supporting regulatory or reporting requirements.
• Prior consulting or client-facing experience.
