What you will do

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics, performance indicators, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and finance teams to enhance B2B financial products.
  • Introduce new sales methods and optimize client interaction processes for the LATAM region.
  • Prepare regular reports on target achievement, market trends, and department performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in selling financial products or fintech solutions.
  • Existing network and warm client base of companies in the LATAM market.
  • Deep understanding of financial products, the LATAM market, and client behavior.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and analytics tools.
  • Ability to work from Argentina.

Nice to have

  • Experience with investment instruments, assets, or banking services.
  • Knowledge of blockchain technologies and cryptocurrencies.
