What you will do
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics, performance indicators, and market trends.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and finance teams to enhance B2B financial products.
- Introduce new sales methods and optimize client interaction processes for the LATAM region.
- Prepare regular reports on target achievement, market trends, and department performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in selling financial products or fintech solutions.
- Existing network and warm client base of companies in the LATAM market.
- Deep understanding of financial products, the LATAM market, and client behavior.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and analytics tools.
- Ability to work from Argentina.
Nice to have
- Experience with investment instruments, assets, or banking services.
- Knowledge of blockchain technologies and cryptocurrencies.
