What you will do
- Serve as the primary project owner for assigned clients from contract handoff through go-live.
- Gather system configurations and manage implementation timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources (Product, Engineering, Sales) to ensure a smooth and timely launch.
- Work directly with client stakeholders (compliance, legal, HR, IT) to configure hotline intake channels, reporting workflows, language support, and anonymity options.
- Provide client education and enablement through live training sessions and documentation.
- Support structured handoff to the Hotline Support team and assist with enterprise upgrades, cross-sell implementations, or reconfigurations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software implementation, professional services, or onboarding.
- Experience supporting SaaS platforms, preferably in ethics, compliance, HR, legal, or GRC environments.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations concurrently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail with a client-first mindset.
Nice to have
- Experience with ethics hotlines, whistleblower programs, or compliance reporting systems.
- Familiarity with global data protection and whistleblower regulations (e.g., GDPR, EU Whistleblower Directive).
- Experience supporting multinational clients.
