What you will do

• Lead cross-functional projects from idea to product delivery across product, tech, and design teams.
• Manage timelines, priorities, and stakeholder communication.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, retrospectives, and project check-ins.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks to ensure rapid adaptation.
• Continuously enhance project execution processes within a remote environment.

Requirements

• 2–5 years experience in project management or similar coordination roles.
• Experience in Fintech or similar SaaS environments.
• Comfortable working closely with product and engineering teams.
• Curious mindset for testing new tools and processes.
• Strong communication skills to foster team collaboration.
• Used to working remotely and taking ownership.
