What you will do

• Lead and manage multiple, complex, cross-divisional IT projects from concept through final implementation and closure.
• Plan, execute, and measure projects aimed at improving technical processes, technology, and security within ZOLL Medical.
• Define and manage overall project scope, develop detailed work plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Manage the integration of vendor tasks, review deliverables, and provide technical guidance to the project team.
• Identify, track, and mitigate project issues and risks, escalating resolution plans quickly and effectively.
• Collaborate successfully with internal and external resources, providing weekly status updates and coordinating steering committee meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in technology or equivalent experience in IT required.
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in an IT environment required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication, facilitation, and elicitation skills.
• Proven leadership skills.
