Location: You can choose either an Office-First setup in Warsaw, Cracow, or Wroclaw, or a Remote-First setup working fully remotely. Relocation support to Poland is provided, including flight tickets, company apartment, pet relocation, and assistance with legalization and finding residence.

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate collaboration with external development partners across multiple disciplines.
• Define outsourcing strategies aligned with project goals and production plans.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with external studios, ensuring mutual understanding of goals.
• Supervise the quality of outsourced work through milestone reviews and feedback.
• Support contract management and resource forecasting, and negotiate business terms with external partners.
• Design, implement, and maintain effective tools, systems, and operational policies for collaboration.

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) in game development, including at least 2 years in production, outsourcing, or co-development leadership.
• Background in vendor management or business aspects of outsourcing.
• Solid understanding of production pipelines for art, design, or programming.
• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to build trust.

Nice to have

• Experience working with production tools such as Jira or Miro.
