What you will do

• Lead and manage the game development process from concept to release, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals and milestones.
• Create and maintain project budgets, allocate resources effectively, and track expenditures.
• Maintain a high level of quality throughout the development process.
• Identify potential risks and issues early in the development cycle and implement mitigation strategies.
• Oversee the launch of games, coordinating marketing efforts and community engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Game Development, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Senior/Lead Game Producer with successful game launches.
• Strong understanding of game development processes and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent project management skills, including experience with Jira, Confluence, and the Google Suite.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
• Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player preferences and industry trends.
