What you will do

• Develop and implement the studio’s strategic vision and long-term roadmap.
• Build and lead a high-performing leadership team.
• Negotiate and build relationships with clients.
• Manage studio operations, including financial performance, staffing, and business development.
• Drive profitability and optimize operations for long-term business growth.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the game development industry, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles (Studio Head, Production Director or similar).
• Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-disciplinary teams in game development.
• Experience delivering high-quality games for console/PC with deep knowledge of development processes and market trends.
• Demonstrated success in building and growing high-performing leadership teams.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to translate corporate goals into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Polish is mandatory.
