What you will do

• Lead and oversee a large AAA project across multiple studios and disciplines.
• Identify and resolve issues between studios, development teams, and clients.
• Develop trust and secure buy-in from development, client, and business development teams.
• Manage production to ensure deliverables match client expectations and quality across multiple locations.
• Oversee milestone content and realistic production schedules in coordination with team leads and management.
• Continuously assess risk and manage change, ensuring project scope aligns with budget and schedule.

Requirements

• Shipped at least 2 successful AAA games in a production management role.
• Outstanding organization, communication, and exceptional management skills.
• Exceptional project management practices and software proficiency including Excel, PowerPoint, Hansoft/Jira, and Word.
• Working knowledge of SCRUM and Agile practices.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively within a large project across multiple locations.
• Fluent English language skills.

Nice to have

• Previous porting experience, preferably to gen 9.
