What you will do
- Own and maintain production schedules across Art, Design, and Programming disciplines.
- Partner with developers working in C++, Blueprint, and Unreal Engine 5 systems to identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
- Facilitate clear communication between teams of all disciplines.
- Track and prioritize bug fixes, technical debt, and feature work across the development pipeline.
- Run daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other team meetings.
- Manage integration points between game systems and coordinate cross-functional feature testing.
Requirements
- 3+ years of production experience in game development with at least one shipped PC or console title.
- Proven track record working with engineering, art, and design teams on complex game systems.
- Working knowledge of Unreal Engine (UE4 or UE5) and common game development pipelines.
- Experience with project management and task tracking tools (Jira, Shotgun, Hansoft, Linear, or similar).
- Understanding of networked multiplayer development challenges and testing requirements.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with ability to translate between technical and non-technical team members.
- Must be able to work remotely from anywhere in the US.
Nice to have
- Experience with UE5-specific features (Lyra, Gameplay Ability System, Enhanced Input).
- Background in C++ or Blueprint development.
- Experience shipping co-op or multiplayer games.
- Experience at an indie studio (30-50 people).
- Knowledge of PC platform requirements and submission processes.
- Strong technical literacy—ability to read code, understand system architecture, and communicate effectively with engineers.
