TL;DR

Senior Producer (Game Development): Leading and coordinating major aspects of game projects from concept to post-launch with an accent on driving development of critical, multi-disciplinary features and balancing competing priorities. Focus on problem-solving, maintaining strong relationships with teams, and mentoring less experienced producers.

Location: Our only requirement is that you work from the UK. Relocation support to Nottingham, UK (if required).

What you will do

  • Lead, coordinate, and plan major aspects of game projects from concept through to post-launch.
  • Drive development of critical path, multi-disciplinary features, ensuring they are delivered on time and to agreed quality.
  • Balance competing priorities in collaboration with departmental directors and leads.
  • Help to source feature definition, remove obstacles, and enable efficient development.
  • Mentor and manage less experienced Producers.
  • Maintain close collaboration with Project Management to generate data for decision-making.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in game development, with a full development cycle on at least two shipped titles, including one AAA title.
  • Minimum 6+ years’ industry experience, including 2 years in a senior production role overseeing cross-discipline features.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, adept at prioritising tasks.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, balancing priorities to meet deadlines.
