What you will do

• Define and build reliable, AI-driven operations for home service businesses.
• Build products directly with customers as design partners.
• Own features end-to-end from problem discovery and system design to shipping, iteration, and long-term ownership in production.
• Wear both Product Manager and Engineering hats, helping decide what to build and shipping it.
• Solve meaningful problems in real-time systems, imperfect data, and high-stakes decision-making software.

Requirements

• Experience as a Senior Software Engineer.
• Strong background in system design and shipping products.
• Ability to own features from discovery to production.
• Interest in working with AI-driven operations and building AI agents.
• Willingness to spend time building on-site with customers, listening to live calls and seeing real-world edge cases.
