Application Engineer (RF, Test & Measurement)

Salary: $130,000–$180,000 total compensation (base salary, variable pay, plus benefits).

What you will do

• Provide pre/post-sales technical support, including customer demonstrations and new equipment training for R&S products.
• Develop and present local seminars and customer training sessions.
• Provide technical feedback to R&S development and product teams to drive enhancements and new features.
• Collaborate with a team of Application Engineers and local Account Managers to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements

• BSEE (or equivalent) with at least 5 years of experience in RF.
• Experience working with test equipment, including Signal Analyzers, Signal Generators, Vector Network Analyzers, and Oscilloscopes.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer interface skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel within the region and occasional international travel.
• Must be a US citizen and reside in the Northeastern US, preferably Massachusetts.

Nice to have

• Application Engineer experience.
• Previous experience with R&S and competitor test equipment.
• Experience with Radar/EW systems, TEMPEST, EMC, or OTA testing.
• Programming experience (C/C++, Python, MATLAB, LabVIEW).
