Salary: $170,000 base + $56,667 variable ($226,667 USD on-target-earnings)

What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to lead conversations with prospective customers, understanding their technical needs.
• Serve as a customer advocate, providing feedback to internal teams.
• Identify and propose solutions based on observations and past experiences.
• Participate in projects to enhance internal capabilities and customer impact.
• Establish thought leadership by educating customers on how to derive value from hirify.global.
• Mentor, recruit, and train teammates, prospects, and new hires.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in pre-Sales Engineering or Solutions Engineering with a technical product.
• Experience selling Enterprise software solutions.
• Innate curiosity for understanding customer problems and motivations.
• Proficiency in back end infrastructure architecture.
• Technically inclined with coding propensity; experience in JavaScript, Python, Java, or Go.
• Strong communication skills for technical presentations and product demonstrations.
