What you will do

• Lead design projects from concept to production, ensuring high standards and product vision alignment.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level designers, fostering skill growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers and stakeholders to meet user needs.
• Improve design processes and streamline workflows for increased efficiency.
• Embrace data-driven design to inform decisions and create engaging UI animations.
• Actively contribute to and maintain the company's design system.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Designer taking ownership of key features from concept to production.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior and mid-level designers.
• Strong collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to improve and streamline design processes.
• Proficiency in using data to inform design decisions.
• Experience in contributing to and maintaining a design system.
