What you will do
- Define and rally teams around a bold, long-term design strategy that supports hirify.global’s ambitions.
- Remove roadblocks and streamline systems to accelerate design delivery, experimenting with AI-powered tools.
- Mentor and grow the design community, developing future leaders and nurturing creativity and collaboration.
- Build a culture that balances curiosity and momentum, re-imagining how to design, test, and scale breakthrough ideas.
- Champion user-centric thinking, partnering with Research to translate insights into delightful experiences.
- Elevate design quality and consistency through systems thinking, design ops excellence, and investment in UX and visual craft.
Requirements
- 15+ years in product design with a proven record of building high-performing teams and delivering outstanding experiences at scale.
- Visionary strategist who thinks long-term, sets clear direction, and leads confidently through change.
- Curious and optimistic about how AI can elevate creativity, quality, and speed in design.
- Proven people manager who has built or transformed design organisations and mentored design leaders.
- Skilled communicator and influencer, able to articulate design’s value across the business.
- Results-driven, balancing design craft with commercial outcomes and measurable impact.
