Salary: PLN7,200 - PLN11,000 gross monthly (for Poland)

What you will do

• Build and implement sourcing strategies.
• Support the development of talent pipelines and execute tactical research, referral generation, and sourcing campaigns.
• Find and engage active and passive candidates through various channels using alternative search techniques.
• Work with recruiters and hiring managers to optimize sourcing efforts by leveraging data.
• Manage and engage talent pools through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Implement modern sourcing and recruiting methods.

Requirements

• Organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• English: C1 fluency required.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Flexibility, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
