What you will do

  • Administer Salesforce architecture, building custom objects, validation rules, and Flow automations for sales and client success workflows.
  • Configure and optimize Gong to identify sales objections, client churn signals, and expansion opportunities.
  • Manage cross-functional integrations across the tech stack to ensure seamless data flow and eliminate silos.
  • Provide technical support, resolving system bugs and user issues for the revenue team.
  • Build and maintain dashboards for unified reporting on sales pipeline, client success health scores, NRR, and churn analysis.
  • Own the technical framework for forecasting new business and renewal/expansion revenue.

Requirements

  • Salesforce Administration experience (3–5 years) with a focus on Flows and complex architecture.
  • Salesforce Certification (ADM-201) is required.
  • Proven experience configuring Gong for multi-departmental use.
  • Advanced Google Sheets/Excel skills for data modeling and forecasting.
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS customer journey.
  • Ability to explain technical backend changes to non-technical stakeholders.
