What you will do
- Implement and oversee platforms for intelligence, forecasting, and automation, managing primary tools such as Gong, Clari, and ZoomInfo/Ringlead.
- Act as a liaison with Salesforce admins for CRM data, workflow improvements, SFDC hygiene, account changes, and issue troubleshooting.
- Manage account scoring, enrichment, and automated deduplication within CRM, serving as the primary Ringlead owner.
- Act as a liaison for the Lead Management Process, building and maintaining automated lead routing and architecting enrichment for high-intent leads.
- Support contact segmentation within CRM and collaborate with marketing on campaigns to ensure lead quality and task ownership.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in a similar role.
- 3+ years hands-on Salesforce CRM administration covering objects, flows, permissioning, and lifecycle design.
- 2+ years building and maintaining cross-system integrations and data quality processes.
- Experience with RevTech administration (conversational intelligence, revenue forecasting, sales engagement, enrichment/ABM, routing/orchestration, document automation).
- Proficiency in API-based integrations, field mapping, error handling, and monitoring.
- Knowledge of deduplication, normalization, enrichment strategies; data dictionary; and governance.
- Experience with project/change management, including backlog management, UAT, release notes, training, and adoption tracking.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for clear requirements gathering, prioritization, and status updates.
- Ability to work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
