TL;DR

Senior Revenue Operations Manager: Owning and scaling Go-To-Market (GTM) systems, integrations, and reporting infrastructure across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance with an accent on ensuring the revenue lifecycle is accurately represented, automated, and measurable. Focus on Salesforce reporting, GTM system health, workflow optimization, and cross-functional troubleshooting to improve efficiency and data quality.

Location: Remote within the US or Hybrid in San Francisco (3 days per week in office for SF-based candidates).

Salary: $98,000–$138,000 + equity + benefits

What you will do

  • Own Salesforce reporting and dashboard strategy to support GTM, RevOps, Finance, and Executive Leadership.
  • Manage and maintain connections across the GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, Zoominfo, billing systems, and Workato.
  • Support the full GTM lifecycle across systems, from lead and opportunity management through contracting, billing, renewals, and expansions.
  • Build and optimize Salesforce Flows, validation rules, and HubSpot workflows to streamline GTM operations.
  • Serve as a liaison between Revenue Operations and other system experts (Finance, Marketing Ops, IT), diagnosing complex system and data issues.
  • Build and maintain clear documentation, SOPs, and system runbooks for GTM processes and tooling.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, or similar in a B2B environment.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent hands-on experience as a primary Salesforce admin.
  • Deep, practical experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, billing systems (e.g., Zone Billing), and automation tools (Workato, Make.com, Zapier).
  • Strong understanding of how revenue data flows across Sales, CS, Marketing, and Finance.
  • Ability to independently troubleshoot systems and integrations.
  • Must permanently reside in the US full-time.

Nice to have

  • Experience as RevOps Analyst, RevOps Engineer, or GTM Systems roles.
  • Direct ownership of Salesforce automation and HubSpot workflows.
  • Experience supporting subscription-based or recurring revenue models.
  • Background in healthcare or similar industry.
