Salary: $100,000–$135,000 a year

What you will do

• Lead technical integration projects for new and existing clients, covering planning, configuration, UAT, and go-live.
• Manage customer environments, including setup, validation, and troubleshooting connectivity and data integration.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Guide clients through FHIR integrations and clinical data mapping, providing hands-on support.
• Foster client relationships to drive product adoption and ensure value communication.
• Continuously identify and improve integration and implementation processes, contributing to scalable best practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in technical integration, project management, or other relevant experience, with 1+ years in a healthcare environment.
• 1+ years of coding/scripting experience (e.g., Python).
• Experience with PyCharm, GitLab, Jira, Excel, and Google Apps.
• Basic command line proficiency in macOS terminal (zsh/bash).
• Experience leading meetings with client stakeholders.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Located within 50 miles of a major airport and willing to travel to client sites (25% of time).

Nice to have

• Experience with hospitals and/or health systems, including EMR companies such as Epic/Cerner.
• Proven ability to run data analyses to support project success tracking.
