Salary: $83,000–$116,333 Annual

What you will do

• Facilitate project meetings to align teams around goals and communicate blocking issues.
• Manage assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
• Develop and revise project proposals, including objectives, technologies, and timelines.
• Set and track project milestones; manage unforeseen delays and realign schedules.
• Establish and implement project communication plans, providing status updates.
• Assemble and coordinate project team members, assigning individual responsibilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing IT projects required.
• Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making.
• Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment.
• Experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the US, as visa sponsorship will not be offered.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Information Science-related field.
• PMP certification.
• Training in science, engineering, or business fields.
• Working knowledge of Smartsheet, Jira, and Confluence.
