What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic, multi-workstream HR technology initiatives, including Workday implementations.
• Manage full project lifecycle: scope definition, planning, risk management, execution, and post-launch stabilization.
• Translate HR business requirements into technical specifications and system configurations.
• Act as delivery lead and trusted advisor for Workday-centered programs, bridging HR strategy and technical execution.
• Partner with HR, IT, and external vendors to design scalable, future-ready solutions.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align priorities, deliver executive communications, and drive consensus.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years leading complex, cross-functional programs in fast-paced environments.
• Proven track record delivering Workday initiatives (HCM, ATS, onboarding, performance, LMS, or compliance modules).
• Demonstrated success managing vendor transitions and third-party integrations.
• Executive presence with the ability to influence and advise senior leaders.
• Exceptional planning, prioritization, and risk management capabilities.
• Strong business acumen with understanding of HR operations and technology ecosystems.
