What you will do

• Plan, schedule, and track project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, and requirements documentation.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
• Build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the success of the project.
• Collect customer sign-off and conduct project postmortems to identify successful and unsuccessful elements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field, or related work experience.
• 6+ years’ experience in project management or a technically relevant occupation.
• Experience in the SaaS, CCaaS, or UCaaS industry.
• Strong project management skills in planning and coordination for timely delivery.
• Good understanding of principles, theories, practices, and techniques for managing project workload and the software development cycle.
