What you will do
- Serve as a strategic advisor to founders, shaping go-to-market strategies and building scalable playbooks.
- Architect and execute targeted programs to help speedrun companies succeed at scale.
- Mentor CEOs, CMOs, CROs, and founding teams on GTM coaching, strategy, and tactical execution, especially related to Product-Led Growth.
- Drive clear revenue impact through mentorship and advisory.
Requirements
- 10+ years in Product-Led Growth product management or product marketing roles at fast-growing startups.
- Demonstrated success leading 0→1 GTM execution at early-stage companies.
- Mastery of modern PLG motions, including freemium onboarding, bottoms-up activation, and community-driven growth.
- Track record of driving startups from $0 to $10M+ ARR through PLG with layered sales in venture-backed environments.
- Robust network and working relationships with C Suite senior enterprise buyers.
- Curiosity to keep pace with AI-native go-to-market cycles and emerging technologies.
- Must have US work authorization.

- Founder experience a plus.
- Preexisting large social media following a plus.
- Experience working with or advising startups in an accelerator, incubator, or venture ecosystem is a plus.
