What you will do

• Source top talent for hard-to-fill technical, product, clinical, and specialized roles.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines using various sourcing channels.
• Conduct early signal screens to assess candidate interest and qualifications.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers on sourcing strategies.
• Manage candidate pipelines and reporting in Ashby ATS.
• Engage passive candidates with personalized outreach.
• Research and recommend innovative sourcing approaches.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience sourcing technical, product, clinical, or other hard-to-fill roles.
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Proven track record of identifying and engaging top-tier talent in competitive markets.
• Demonstrated ability to build diverse candidate pipelines through inclusive and equitable sourcing practices.
• Strong understanding of technical, product, and niche skill sets and market trends.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with advanced sourcing techniques, Boolean search, and creative outreach strategies.
• Hands-on experience using Ashby ATS to manage pipelines and track candidate progress.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
