Technical Sourcer

TL;DR

Technical Sourcer: Designing and owning sourcing strategies for designated clients, building diverse talent pipelines, and collaborating with recruiting teams to drive critical hiring decisions. Location: Remote in the US. We are not considering candidates residing in the following states: Alaska (AK), Delaware (DE), Iowa (IA), Mississippi (MS), Missouri (MO), Nebraska (NE), South Dakota (SD), West Virginia (WV), and Wisconsin (WI).

Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 annually (USD).

What you will do

• Design and own sourcing strategies for your designated clients, tapping into various channels like LinkedIn, GitHub, and communities.
• Build and nurture diverse, high-intent talent pipelines using creative, data-informed tactics.
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align on role requirements.
• Run thoughtful, personalized outreach and initial screens that engage candidates.
• Share real-time market intelligence (talent trends, competitors, salary signals) to help shape hiring decisions.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to experiment, iterate, and scale effective sourcing strategies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Proven ability to build and influence senior-level pipelines (Staff, Principal, Leadership) across product, engineering, or similar domains.
• Strong command of ATS and sourcing tools (especially Greenhouse and Gem), with examples of improving efficiency or data quality.
• Experience advising hiring teams on market trends, talent availability, and long-term sourcing strategies.
• Sourcing background in tech, hardware, and/or software.
• Must be eligible to work remotely in the US, excluding residents of AK, DE, IA, MS, MO, NE, SD, WV, and WI.

Nice to have

• Sourcing background in business roles (G&A, GTM, ops) in addition to technical profiles.
