What you will do
- Own sourcing and candidate management for technical roles.
- Increase representation in hiring pipelines and manage inbound channels.
- Collaborate with coordination to drive an exceptional candidate experience.
- Utilize recruiting data to develop search strategies and educate hiring teams.
- Follow structured hiring processes designed to minimize bias and improve decision-making.
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth tech companies.
- Track record of using sourcing metrics and pipeline data to optimize recruiting performance.
- Creative technical sourcing skills and a proactive, problem-solving approach to finding and engaging top talent.
- Comfortable working through ambiguity and shifting priorities in a startup environment.
- Experience improving hiring workflows within an ATS through AI and structured hiring.
- Able to work from our San Francisco office at least 4 days per week.
