TL;DR

Strategy & Operations (Fintech): Building and scaling the GTM engine and operational projects for a fixed income operating system with an accent on maintaining 10x+ growth trajectory and transforming the GTM and ops engine into a scalable machine. Focus on driving the next phase of growth and building a world-class Strategy & Ops function.

Location: NYC (IN-PERSON)

Salary: $160,000–$230,000 + equity

What you will do

  • Run point on the most important GTM, operational, and strategy projects.
  • Turn the company into a well-oiled machine capable of maintaining 10x+ growth.
  • Build a world-class Strategy & Ops function.
  • Help stand up and scale other functions as needed.
  • Lean into your superpowers to maximize impact and career acceleration.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience at some combination of B2B start-ups, investment banking, consulting, or investing (PE / Hedge Fund / VC)
  • Preference for at least some GTM or operations experience at a start-up.
  • Incredible work ethic, ability to learn, obsession over details, ownership mentality, and bias for action.
  • A good human being with high integrity.
  • A passion to become a master at all things operations and/or GTM in B2B start-ups.
