TL;DR

Location: Requires working 5 days/week onsite at the NYC HQ.

Salary: $175K to $275K base salary + initial equity grant + annual performance-based equity bonuses.

What you will do

• Design next-generation trading and portfolio management technology.
• Set the new standard and build new design frameworks for fixed income tools.

• Focus on details to create beautiful and intuitive product experiences.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience designing products.
• Belief in the importance of beautiful product design.
• Desire to build foundational tools for the wealth space.
• Strong attention to detail and user experience.
• Proactive attitude to problem-solving.

Nice to have

• Experience working on complex B2B products.
• Experience building products from scratch.
• Familiarity with or ability to write frontend code/use tools like Cursor/v0/Claude Code.
