TL;DR
Senior Marketing Data Engineer (Fintech): Architecting the data capabilities for marketing and product by building pipelines and data models for end-to-end funnel visibility and real-time customer insights. With an accent on ETLs, API integrations, and building an "intelligence engine" for segmentation and attribution. Focus on mastering traffic allocation, processing granular UX data, and integrating MarTech ecosystems into a unified data layer.
Location: Hybrid role (4 days in office, 1 day remote) in London, Madrid, or Malaga.

What you will do
- Design logic and infrastructure for traffic allocation to correctly route leads from marketing campaigns.
- Capture and process granular user interaction data to enhance product understanding and improve digital experience.
- Architect ELT/ETL pipelines to integrate CRM, marketing automation, and ad platforms into a unified data layer.
- Model data to connect top-of-funnel marketing activity directly to revenue, solving attribution challenges.
- Apply top-tier software practices to ensure the customer data platform is scalable and reliable.
Requirements
- +5 years of experience with Python & SQL mastery, particularly in handling complex JSON payloads and API integrations.
- Hands-on experience with data from major marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze, Outreach).
- Understanding of technical challenges in tracking users across devices and channels (cookies, UTMs, identity resolution).
- Fluent in English.
Nice to have
- Experience with clickstream data processing (e.g., Snowplow, Segment, GA4 raw data).
- Spanish language skills.
