What you will do

• Deliver scalable data infrastructures and tools to support the Performance Marketing Team.
• Define the technical strategy for the Data Engineering team using modern Big Data and Cloud solutions.
• Align with diverse stakeholders and communicate technical solutions clearly.
• Apply an analytical mindset to solve complex pipeline issues and maximize business value.

Requirements

• Hybrid work model based in Barcelona.
• Ability to build, scale, and deliver engineering solutions at speed with technical depth in Big Data and Cloud infrastructure.
• Experience in complex data initiatives including ETL/ELT, Data Modeling, and data applications.
• Proven experience with data orchestrators like Airflow and Dagster.
• Successful end-to-end delivery of high-complexity data projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient in English and proven experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with applied AI tools such as Vertex AI or Copilot.
• Curiosity and eagerness to explore and integrate emerging AI-driven solutions into data engineering workflows.
