TL;DR

What you will do

  • Drive an evidence-based culture by translating complex causal models into actionable playbooks and self-service dashboards.
  • Take ownership of the end-to-end data lifecycle for marketing, building production-grade dbt models and scalable data architecture.
  • Design and execute causal inference methods, including A/B, incrementality, and holdout tests, to isolate the true incremental impact of marketing spend.
  • Build models to predict lead quality, Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), and revenue potential.
  • Develop forecasting tools and Marketing Mix Models (MMM) to inform long-range strategic planning and optimize channel mix.
  • Develop and maintain attribution models (MTA, DDA) that account for long consideration cycles and multiple touchpoints.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in Marketing Science, Data Science, or Econometrics, with a focus on B2B, SaaS, or high-consideration B2C environments.
  • Expert in SQL and data transformation tools (dbt), capable of building and maintaining robust data pipelines on modern cloud platforms (DataBricks, Snowflake, BigQuery).
  • Strong Python skills for statistical modelling, including CausalML, DoWhy, Statsmodels, LightweightMMM, and GoogleMeridian.
  • Hands-on experience measuring marketing and sales impact using various methods (quasi-experimental designs, matching, MMM, Causal ML) and proven ability to model complex, multi-touch journeys.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate complex data insights (like incremental lift) into actionable strategies for non-technical partners.
  • Proven ability to act as a "product owner" for data initiatives, effectively prioritizing and structuring complex business problems.
