What you will do

  • Collaborate with executives to delineate and execute a comprehensive technical strategy and operational roadmap.
  • Champion engineering best practices and enhance engineering methodologies.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to the engineering team.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one sessions with team members, providing constructive feedback and tailored guidance.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with other departments.
  • Architect and develop robust, feature-rich systems from inception to implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Extensive tenure within the game development industry.
  • Over a decade of experience in engineering leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated competencies in leadership, communication, and problem-solving.
  • Mastery of engineering principles and practices.
  • A track record of delivering multiple titles across modern gaming platforms.

Nice to have

  • Excellence in C++ development and proficient in scripting languages such as Blueprint, LUA, C#, Python, etc.
  • A collaborative mindset with a knack for problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
