TL;DR

Account Executive (Sales): Driving new client acquisition and growing relationships with existing enterprise customers for an AI-Ready Governance Platform with an accent on complex problem-solving, value selling, and strategic differentiation. Focus on generating and executing opportunities in targeted geographic territories and collaborating cross-functionally to land and expand key accounts.

Location: Hybrid in Seattle, Washington, USA (3 days/week in office). Must be based in the USA (California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington mentioned for salary context).

What you will do

  • Deliver new client acquisition in zero-base accounts and grow existing customer relationships.
  • Generate, qualify, and execute opportunities to solve complex problems for customers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development, Partner Channel, and Solutions Engineering.
  • Utilize two-sided discovery to build relationships and understand customer needs.
  • Differentiate hirify.global’s solutions against key competitors.
  • Conduct outreach to consistently generate pipeline.

Requirements

  • Strong experience selling B2B Enterprise-level software or related technologies (ideally 7+ years).
  • Strong track record of performance with landing net new logos using Value Selling.
  • Previous experience running sales presentations/demos.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM solution.
  • Experience communicating effectively with C-Level Executives.
