What you will do

• Engage with new prospective customers and represent hirify.global across your region.
• Identify key decision makers and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling and prospecting.
• Articulate the value proposition and help customers understand how hirify.global improves their information security.
• Develop relationships with senior executives by demonstrating knowledge and professionalism.
• Meet set targets and collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales on campaigns.
• Book direct one-to-one meetings at customer sites and trade shows.

Requirements

• Strong execution of sales plays.
• Confident and well versed in cold calling, with ability to pivot and handle objections.
• Ability to analyze and use account data for strategic territory mapping.
• Proficient on sales tools including Salesforce, Salesloft, Zoominfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Ability to build strong relationships with collaborating teams.
• Consistently achieve quarterly and annual KPIs.
