What you will do

• Identify, source, negotiate, and close high-impact partnership agreements across multiple business categories.
• Develop sector strategies and secure senior leadership alignment from initial negotiations through long-term execution.
• Lead concurrent engagements from sourcing to go-to-market, including financial modeling, legal reviews, co-marketing, reporting, and P&L management.
• Evaluate new business categories through business cases covering market sizing, financial projections, success metrics, risks, and recommendations.
• Build relationships with strategic B2B partners by aligning goals, needs, product visions, and business strategies.
• Advise internal business units using customer feedback, market insights, and data analysis.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in business development, B2B partnerships, product or platform partnerships, and/or partnership go-to-market management.
• Experience negotiating and contracting agreements in partnership with legal teams.
• Ability to develop recommendations and make decisions in highly ambiguous environments.
• Experience and comfort working with technical product teams.
• Understanding of hirify.global products and its business model.
• Ability to work in San Francisco, California, United States.
