What you will do

  • Lead and execute programmatic partnership strategy with SSPs, DSPs, and monetization partners.
  • Own programmatic revenue performance, targets, and partner-level KPIs.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics, identifying optimization and growth opportunities.
  • Drive ongoing yield optimization across programmatic demand sources.
  • Manage operational success of partnerships, including integrations and troubleshooting.
  • Analyze large datasets to uncover monetization insights.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in programmatic advertising.
  • Strong understanding of AdTech ecosystems, including DSPs, SSPs, and yield optimization.
  • Publisher or ad network experience.
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
  • Proven experience managing partners and driving performance.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Highly autonomous, proactive, and ownership-driven.
