What you will do
- Lead and execute programmatic partnership strategy with SSPs, DSPs, and monetization partners.
- Own programmatic revenue performance, targets, and partner-level KPIs.
- Monitor daily performance metrics, identifying optimization and growth opportunities.
- Drive ongoing yield optimization across programmatic demand sources.
- Manage operational success of partnerships, including integrations and troubleshooting.
- Analyze large datasets to uncover monetization insights.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in programmatic advertising.
- Strong understanding of AdTech ecosystems, including DSPs, SSPs, and yield optimization.
- Publisher or ad network experience.
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
- Proven experience managing partners and driving performance.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Highly autonomous, proactive, and ownership-driven.
