What you will do

• Own end-to-end execution for assigned software projects, understanding business value, critical paths, and milestones.
• Build and maintain project timelines.
• Drive project kickoffs and cross-team steering meetings.
• Manage dependencies across teams and communicate handoffs to external stakeholders.
• Provide regular written / verbal status updates utilizing automation combined with strategic thinking to provide updates on timing, risk, and action items.
• Assess and optimize engineering processes to drive team efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical program management experience in software development.
• Proactive mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional programs on time.
• Strong project management skills: timeline development, risk management, stakeholder communication.
• Experience using AI for automation.
• Expert proficiency with Jira.
• Deep familiarity with Agile/Scrum and experience coaching teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in AdTech, MarTech, or SaaS environments.
• Background with distributed/remote teams.
• PMP, CSM, or relevant certifications.
