What you will do
- Lead cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through implementation.
- Define, track, and analyze core KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Design and implement scalable workflows across GTM, Product, Finance, and Operations.
- Build dashboards, conduct deep-dive analyses, and turn complex datasets into clear business insights.
- Evaluate, improve, and help implement operational systems.
- Improve handoffs, accountability, and communication across teams.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Project Management, or a high-growth startup environment.
- Structured problem solver with the ability to break down ambiguous challenges.
- Understands how different functions connect and impact company performance.
- Process-oriented mindset with the ability to build scalable workflows.
- Experience working with CRM systems, BI tools, or operational platforms is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
Nice to have
- Experience in a fast-scaling B2B SaaS company or a background in consulting.
