TL;DR

Talent Acquisition Manager (iGaming): Managing full-cycle recruitment for a fast-paced iGaming startup with an accent on international and Russian-speaking markets. Location: 100% Remote, work from anywhere (preferably in EU time zone)

What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing & selecting candidates to extending job offers.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies across international and Russian-speaking job markets.
  • Post vacancies on relevant local and international job boards.
  • Conduct structured interviews and candidate assessments.
  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for key business areas.

Requirements

  • Fluent Russian and English (both spoken and written).
  • 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within iGaming, IT, Fintech, or Digital Marketing.
  • Proven ability to independently manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, direct search, networking).
  • Experience with ATS software.
  • High level of ownership, proactivity, and decision-making capability.
