What you will do

  • Proactively source and engage candidates for technical, product, and business roles within fintech.
  • Use various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search, etc.) to identify potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of pre-qualified talent for current and future hiring needs.
  • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Conduct initial outreach and screening conversations to assess interest, motivation, and fit.
  • Keep ATS and sourcing trackers up to date with accurate candidate information.

Requirements

  • At least 1–2 years of sourcing or recruitment experience, ideally in fintech or tech.
  • Experience using sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter or AmazingHiring.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Russian and English.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and data-driven approach to sourcing.
  • Passion for fintech and a curiosity for new roles and technologies.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Teamtailor, Lever, Greenhouse).
