Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist (iGaming): Supporting the Talent Acquisition Lead and Hiring Managers in building and maintaining a talent pipeline for a fast-growing, global company with an accent on proactive sourcing, ATS management, and candidate experience in an international, remote setting. Focus on executing creative and targeted sourcing campaigns, coordinating complex international interviews, and documenting best practices for scalable recruitment.

What you will do

  • Execute creative and targeted sourcing campaigns globally, primarily on LinkedIn and specialized platforms.
  • Manage and optimize job postings across various boards and maintain the BambooHR ATS pipeline.
  • Conduct initial resume reviews and phone/video screens to assess cultural fit and core competencies.
  • Coordinate and schedule complex international interviews between candidates and global hiring managers.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for candidates, ensuring transparent and prompt communication.
  • Document and maintain best practices for sourcing, screening, and coordination.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a professional phone presence.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple complex schedules and pipelines.
  • Comfortable learning and working with recruitment software, specifically a BambooHR ATS.
  • Genuine curiosity for connecting business goals with people strategy and learning about various digital/tech roles.

Nice to have

  • 0-2 years of experience in an administrative, HR, or recruitment coordination role.
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques on LinkedIn Recruiter/Navigator.
  • Experience in a remote-first or international business setting.
