What you will do

• Drive the successful development, launch, and live operations of mobile games at Solid State Studios.
• Partner with development teams to define and deliver product roadmaps and ensure progress against milestones.
• Serve as the primary product interface between developers and other hirify.global teams (Marketing, User Acquisition, Analytics, Partnerships, Finance).
• Oversee internal analytics efforts to identify opportunities, monitor performance, and share actionable insights.
• Research competitors, propose and evaluate A/B tests, and use data to drive ongoing improvements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management or other relevant role.
• 2+ years of experience managing others.
• Ability to synthesize insights from analysis and research to inform product decisions.
• Strong communication and influence skills.
• Strong execution skills with a bias to action and a track record of improving metrics.
• Experience working on gameplay for a free-to-play mobile game.

Nice to have

• Experience using research to uncover player problems and opportunities.
• Experience working on Action and Strategy mobile games.
• Experience playing Call of Duty on PC/console/mobile.
• Strong structured and critical thinking skills.
