What you will do
- Partner with Talent Management, L&D, Performance, and Compensation teams to translate talent philosophies, performance frameworks, competency models and development pathways into system requirements.
- Collaborate and drive alignment between Talent and Technology processes and teams to define functional and technical specifications, ensure optimal configuration and user experience for new and existing HR systems.
- Serve as the voice of the employee and HR practitioner in product design, ensuring that solutions are intuitive, user-friendly, and aligned with SIE’s cultural values.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for talent-related systems, including roadmap planning, feature prioritization, testing, and adoption.
- Monitor and evaluate system performance, leveraging feedback, data, and analytics to continuously improve user experience.
- Provide thought leadership on how digital solutions can enhance SIE’s Talent strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years in talent management, performance management, HR technology, or product management roles with demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, roadmap development, and lifecycle management.
- Product management experience with proven track record in defining requirements, managing product lifecycles, and driving change management initiatives with measurable adoption results.
- Advanced HRIS expertise in Talent Management, Performance Management, Compensation Planning and reporting modules, including system configuration, optimization, and HRIS integrations (WorkDay preferred).
- Talent process proficiency with hands-on experience in goal-setting frameworks, competency models, talent assessment processes, and skills-based talent approaches.
- Strong analytical and technical skills including HR analytics, dashboard creation, data-driven decision making, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and partner across technical and non-technical teams, HR, IT, and business stakeholders at all levels.
