Location: United States, Washington, Redmond; salary ranges are also specified for the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area.

Salary: USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year (general U.S. range); USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year (San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area).

What you will do

• Manage hirify.global’s internal experimentation platform, tools, and services.
• Establish an Experimentation Center of Excellence and evangelize best practices and a culture of experimentation.
• Partner to establish a roadmap of capabilities to expand the velocity, coverage, and sophistication of experimentation.
• Provide broad coaching and consultancy for experimenting hirify.global product teams.
• Drive business-critical outcomes across multiple hirify.global product areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management OR equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch).
• 4+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience.
• 4+ years experience leading experimentation program efforts as part of a product lifecycle.
