What you will do

• Lead end-to-end UX direction for client engagements, creating intuitive and scalable experiences.
• Collaborate with UX, design, and engineering teams to define scope, clarify priorities, and make tradeoffs.
• Translate ambiguous business goals into clear user journeys, information architecture, and interaction models.
• Facilitate alignment across client stakeholders and internal teams through workshops and actionable decisions.
• Develop UX patterns and design foundations to improve consistency and accelerate delivery.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience designing digital products and leading UX work across complex web and/or mobile experiences.
• Ability to bring structure, clarity, and momentum in busy environments without overcomplicating processes.
• Proactive in asking questions, seeking input, and challenging assumptions.
• Strong collaboration skills with clients, product teams, and engineers.
• Proven track record of delivering thoughtful, polished UX that improves usability, engagement, or conversion.
