Salary: $224,000–$313,500 (potential to reach $358,500)

What you will do

  • Lead and execute large-scale, mixed-methods UX research initiatives to inform product vision and strategy.
  • Develop and drive research roadmaps aligned with business goals, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
  • Mentor and manage a team of UX researchers, fostering a culture of evidence-based decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to synthesize insights and shape product innovation.
  • Champion best practices for integrating AI-driven systems and applying AI/ML concepts to real-world products.
  • Advocate for the customer voice at an organizational level to ensure research impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of professional UX research experience, including both qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Proven leadership in delivering research for complex, large-scale products.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and set strategic research direction.
  • Experience with AI-driven systems and applying AI/ML concepts.
  • Experience in cross-cultural research or product globalization.
